Sourcing Simplified: Using an Integrated Tech and Business
Ops model
Joint presentation: Madhav Mohan, Head, North America Business Development,
iGATE Global Solutions & David Kruzner, Senior Executive Vice President,
The Concours Group (TBC), www.igate.com
Summary: Business and technology are increasingly working together to build
true end-to-end value chains. There is a trend towards converting business
functions to services e.g. payroll processing, accounts payable, loan application
processing. And many organizations outsource application development or
business operations and, increasingly both. This is driven by the trend
towards anytime-anywhere, automation and straight through processing. But
not many service providers are geared to provide an integrated sourcing
solution using process optimization, flexible sourcing through BPO, standard
components, platforms & technologies and transaction pricing. In this session
we will discuss:
What does it take to outsource in an integrated tech & business ops
model with global services delivery?
What are the governance models required to ensure you maximize business
benefits - whether you are sourcing IT, business operations or both?
Case studies of clients who have benefited from a holistic approach
