The Marketing Campaign
In order to attract only the most relevant outsourcing buyers, the audience will be targeted through extensive and highly focused marketing campaigns and promotions using the following methods:
- distribution of 400,000 emails targeting different vertical sectors that have expressed a current interest in outsourcing
- advertisements in selected trade publications
- distribution of 200,000 emails specifically targeting each of the four target areas of the show (BPO, Call Centres, HR and IT)
- distribution of 150,000 direct mailings
- distribution of VIP invitations to 5,000 CEOs, CFOs and CIOs from the UK's leading companies
- dedicated telemarketing campaign starting 21st March 2005
- editorial in selected trade publications further endorsing the event and offering free fast track registration to subscribers of many of the UK's leading publications. National press and financial publications will help promote the event
- distribution of bi-monthly "Insight into Global Outsourcing" e-newsletter to 35,000 subscribers
- distribution of invitations to the databases of 163 UK based Embassies, Consulates and High Commissions
