About ACE Centre
The ACE Centre works with children and young people who have complex physical and communication impairments. Imagine children who can’t speak and have to rely on a computer to communicate. In addition a child couldn’t use the keyboard and mouse due to physical impairments – this is where The ACE Centre steps in. The staff at the Centre work to fund research for and develop the type of technology required to assist youngsters with various disabilities communicate effectively.
